A customer had a 20 year old installation of festoon cabling that was failing. Instead of replacing the high count I/O cabling, we used high flex ethernet cabling to install machine mounted Siemens remote I/O.

A customer had a 30 year old installation of coax based remote I/O. Both the I/O, which is long retired, and the cabling were failing. We replaced the coax with high flex ethernet and installed new machine mounted Siemens remote I/O.

A customer had a 25 year old (and unsupported) servo drive system that failed. While they could run at a reduced rate on one axis, we engineered a replacement Yaskawa servo system that integrated to the existing PLC.

A customer had 10 year old (but unavailable) temperature controllers that were failing. Having run out of spares, we engineered a replacement that fit into the existing enclosure and worked with the existing PLC.
